Shipping Guide

Gemliora ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.Gemliora.com ("Website"). You will agree to the terms below by placing an order through this website. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set mutual expectations for our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate information on our website, but occasionally, there may be a discrepancy in the stock descriptions, and we may not be able to fulfill your item at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to check whether you would prefer another available option or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase. This price is the final shipping cost to the customer.

3. Duties & Taxes

3.1 Domestic Tax

For local sales, a 5% VAT will be applied; as per the UAE prevailing regulation, if VAT is charged, it will be displayed on the invoice.

3.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Although taxes are never enjoyable to pay, some International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges that vary depending on the country. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges required for customs clearance. We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Gemliora at the customer’s expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid minus the cost of the return shipping. However, the cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 5 days. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 30 days. However, this varies greatly depending on the courier you select. We can offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 4 days of payment of the order.
We operate Monday through Sunday, except on local and national holidays. We take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum. If you need the item urgently or by a specific date, please contact us. 

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address request, we can change the address at any time before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Gemliora will not ship to P.O. box addresses. We are unable to offer courier services to P.O. boxes.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us with the next steps.

7. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

8.Cancellations and Return

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is dispatched if an order has already been sent,it will be governed per our return policy.
