Do you sell only natural gemstones?

Yes, we only sell natural gemstones. We believe in the true beauty of nature. Synthetic gemstones lack rarity and value, and any treatments are clearly labeled.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located at the top of our website. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific item. If you have any trouble locating an item, feel free to contact us for assistance.

What does the status “On hold” mean?

'On Hold' means another client is previewing the item, so it’s not currently available. If the item is returned, it will be marked 'Available' and can be shipped immediately.

What does the status “Available” mean?

Available' means the item is ready for sale and immediate delivery. If it’s marked 'Available in UAE,' the item is physically in the UAE; if 'Available in Sri Lanka,' it’s in our Sri Lankan office. The item will be shipped directly from the country where it is available. Simply complete your purchase, and you'll receive confirmation and shipping updates.

What does the status “Sold” mean?

'Item Sold' means the item has already been purchased or withdrawn from the site and is no longer available.

Do I receive a certification or lab report with my purchase?

We verify all items in-house for natural authenticity. We include an independent third-party report for products over USD 400(or equivalent). Occasionally, items below USD 400 may also have independent reports, which will be listed in the product details if available. All original reports will be sent to you after purchase.

How can I get an independent gemological lab report?

We’re happy to support you in verifying the natural authenticity of any gemstone you purchase from us. We understand that certification provides peace of mind, and you’re welcome to choose your preferred gem lab for verification. We’ll gladly assist with the process; however, please note that any costs, including shipping, will be covered by you. If the gemstone is found not to be natural, we’ll fully reimburse your expenses. Your satisfaction and trust are our priority!"

Can I turn my purchased gemstone into custom jewelry?

Yes, absolutely! Once you’ve purchased a gemstone, we’d be delighted to help you create a custom piece through our specialized jeweler. If you’d like to proceed, please let us know your requirements within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll provide a detailed quote with specifications within 2-3 days. We’ll begin crafting your unique piece upon your approval and payment, with delivery typically within 5-10 days, depending on the design. We’re here to bring your vision to life!

Are all your gemstones displayed on your website?

No, our website displays only a limited number of items from our inventory. Please get in touch with us if you are looking for something you don’t see on the website.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Can I have the item shipped express?

Absolutely! If you need an item asap, we will ship it express as a priority and clearly communicate the shipping costs. We can also accommodate a specific delivery date for your purchase. Since we use third-party shipping couriers, it's wise to allow a time buffer, as delivery can occasionally take a day longer than expected. It's always better to be safe.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived or an item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us immediately for assistance.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
