Return Policy

Please note our return policy varies depending on the item(s) you are considering for purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following item types are explained below:

  • Loose Gemstones
  • Custom Jewelry

Loose Gemstones

We offer a 14-day return window for you to review your gemstone. The 14-day period begins when you sign for and receive your item from the shipping carrier. If you are unsatisfied with your item, you can return it for a full refund. While you possess any item, you are fully responsible for its value and care.

If you need an extended inspection period, special circumstances can be agreed upon; however, these must be arranged before the shipment of your item. Please contact us to make special arrangements for an extended inspection period.

Please Note: Loose gemstones will not be accepted for a refund if they have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, altered in any way, or weigh differently from the original.

Custom Jewelry

We offer a 14-day return window for you to review your one-of-a-kind custom jewelry piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund only if the item cannot be repaired. Any making charges incurred on such items will be deducted from the refund amount.

There are situations where we reserve the right to adjust our return policy for unusual custom orders or clients we cannot confidently satisfy. In such cases, we will contact you in writing regarding any changes to our return policy before completing your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. If the item shows traces of mechanical damage, chemical exposure, or signs of wear, it will void our return policy. Additionally, while you possess any item, you are fully responsible for its value and care. It is not insured under our policy once delivered.

Manufacturing Defects: Refunds are applicable within 14 days if a manufacturing defect is evident and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Examples of manufacturing defects:

  1. Surface defects: pores, burrs, or uneven coating.
  2. Issues with fasteners: loose or jammed fasteners.
  3. Discrepancies in gemstone, gold, or silver quality as compared to the product description.

Special Conditions

  • We reserve the right to adjust the return policy on certain items/situations on a case-by-case basis. If so, we will inform the client in writing before commencing the transaction.
  • Custom designs initiated or designed by a client are often not accepted for returns.
  • We reserve the right to decline service to individuals whom we feel we cannot properly accommodate.

How to Return an Item

If you have purchased an item that you would like to return, you must contact us to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Do not send in a return unless you have an RMA number, as all shipments without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender.

Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you will be given special instructions on how to send in the return.

Important:

  • To deter theft, do not write any words on the package or shipping label that may allude to the contents (e.g., gems, gemstones, or jewelry).
  • If required by customs or the shipping company, declare the item as an “Antique Sample” or “Rock Crystal Sample.”
  • Returned items must be in the same new condition as when they were delivered, with no evidence of usage. Damaged items will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any charges incurred by us during the transaction, including credit card charges, will be deducted in approved refund cases.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 days), we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10–14 days. Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original purchase.
